From the introduction to A MONTH OF SUNDAYS:

            The genesis of Sunday Musings isn’t important.  Suffice it to say that it is a message that gets e-mailed and faxed to around 200 addresses on a weekly basis.  It’s one of those things that rather just started, and continues to grow.  There have been enough requests for a compilation that I decided to go ahead with its preparation.  I would like to thank my students at Trinity International University who were the most vocal in requesting this book.  I hope that they did so even recognizing that it would not affect their grade one way or the other.
